Umami-Loaded Mushroom Risotto

Silky, creamy, and full of deep, savory flavor—this risotto embodies comfort food. Umami Blend elevates the earthy richness of mushrooms, creating a velvety taste sensation.

Ingredients:

1 cup Arborio rice

2 tbsp butter

1 small onion, finely diced

1 ½ tbsp Umami Blend

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

4 cups chicken or vegetable broth, warmed

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions:

1. In a pan, melt butter and sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.

2. Stir in Umami Blend and Arborio rice, toasting for 1-2 minutes.

3. Gradually add warm broth, stirring constantly, until absorbed.

4. Once rice is creamy and tender, stir in Parmesan cheese.

Serve with: Grilled chicken or garlic shrimp.
