This tender, slow-cooked garlic herb pot roast is packed with rich flavors from dried herbs and Zest and Spice Co.’s Prime Time blend. Perfect for a hearty family dinner!

Ingredients

3 lb boneless chuck roast

1 tbsp Zest and Spice Co. Prime Time blend

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp dried thyme

1 cup beef broth

2 large potatoes, cubed

1 cup baby carrots

1 onion, sliced
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the roast with Prime Time blend, salt, and pepper.
Sear the roast on all sides until browned.
Place the roast in a slow cooker. Add garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, beef broth, carrots, potatoes, and onion.
Cook on low for 8 hours or until fork-tender.
Serve with the vegetables and spoon some of the cooking juices over the meat.
