Plump, buttery shrimp bathed in a bright, citrusy garlic sauce—this dish practically transports you to a seaside restaurant with every bite!
Ingredients:
• 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 ½ tbsp SeaSplash Blend
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and shrimp, then sprinkle with SeaSplash Blend.
3. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Squeeze lemon juice over and toss to coat.
Serve with: Rice pilaf or pasta.
