Savory Blaze Roasted Vegetable & Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner

This smoky, slightly spicy, and herbaceous blend is perfect for adding bold flavor to a wide variety of dishes, from pasta and roasted vegetables to meats, seafood, and tofu. With just the right touch of heat, Savory Blaze takes your meals to the next level - no extra salt needed!

Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups broccoli florets

2 cups cubed sweet potatoes

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow onion, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp  Savory Blaze

½ tsp black pepper

a½ tsp garlic powder

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat Your Oven:

Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2. Prep Your Ingredients:

Slice the chicken breasts into evenly sized strips. Toss the broccoli, sweet potatoes, bell pepper, and onion in a large bowl with olive oil, Savory Blaze, black pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Assemble Your Sheet Pan:

Arrange the seasoned vegetables and chicken strips evenly across the baking sheet, making sure everything is spread out to allow even roasting.

4. Roast to Perfection:

Place the sheet pan in the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.

5. Garnish and Serve:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately. This dish pairs wonderfully with rice, quinoa, or a simple side salad.
