Coffee Crusted Ribeye Steak

Ingredients:

2 ribeye steaks (or preferred cut)

1 ½ tbsp Prime Time Beef Seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions:

1. Pat the steaks dry and rub them with Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.

2. Generously coat both sides with Prime Time Beef Seasoning and let sit at room temp for 20 minutes.

3. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

4. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve with: Garlic mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus.
