Backwoods Bold Venison Chili

This is more than chili—it's a slow-simmered, flavor-packed masterpiece with smoky heat and rustic depth. Backwoods Bold Seasoning infuses venison with a campfire-kissed blend of spices, making each bite hearty and unforgettable.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground venison (or beef)

1 ½ tbsp Backwoods Bold Seasoning

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes

1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 ½ cups beef broth

Instructions:

1. In a pot, heat a little oil and sauté onions and garlic until softened.

2. Add venison and cook until browned.

3. Stir in Backwoods Bold Seasoning, tomato paste, and tomatoes.

4. Add beans and broth, then simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Serve with: Crusty bread and shredded cheddar cheese.
