Prime Time Garlic Butter Steak
Ingredients

2 ribeye steaks

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp PRIME TIME BEEF SEASONING

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
Directions

Preheat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Rub the steaks with PRIME TIME BEEF SEASONING and let them sit for 15 minutes.

Add olive oil to the skillet and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Reduce heat to medium, add butter, garlic, and thyme, and baste the steaks for 1-2 minutes.

Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
