Prime Time Garlic Butter Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 tbsp PRIME TIME BEEF SEASONING

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Rub the steaks with PRIME TIME BEEF SEASONING and let them sit for 15 minutes.

  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.

  4. Reduce heat to medium, add butter, garlic, and thyme, and baste the steaks for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 8 minutes
