Air Fryer Boneless Pork Rib Bites with “Succulent Swine” Rub
- 1 pound boneless pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons Succulent Swine Rub
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Prepare the Pork
• Cut the boneless pork ribs into bite-sized pieces (about 1-2 inches).
• Pat the pork dry with paper towels to help the seasoning stick.
2. Season the Pork
• In a large bowl, combine the pork bites, olive oil, and Succulent Swine Rub. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
• For extra flavor, drizzle with honey and mix again. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
3. Preheat the Air Fryer
• Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3-5 minutes.
4. Cook the Pork Bites
• Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
• Arrange the pork bites in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between them for even cooking.
• Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pork bites are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
5. Serve
• Remove the pork bites from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes.
• Serve as is, or pair with a dipping sauce like honey mustard, barbecue sauce, or a garlic aioli.
Pro Tips
• For crispier bites, increase the temperature to 400°F for the last 2 minutes.
• Add a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice for a zesty finish.
Enjoy these juicy, flavorful pork bites as a snack, appetizer, or main dish!
